CFO Connects Portal Maintenance

Scheduled for June 4, 2016: 

Saturday, June 4, 2016 between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM, the CFO Connects Portal will be offline for scheduled maintenance. If you are required to have any Form 3’s or 6’s created, please be aware of this down time.

Portal Enhancements: 

There will be enhancements to all the Portals; Farmer, Processor, Transporter and CFIA/OMAFRA, during this maintenance period.

Enhancements to the Farmer Portal include:

  • Form 3 “final” copy declaration added to the Form 6. This declaration confirms that your Form 3 information has not changed from the “advance” copy to the “final” copy (day of processing). If there are any changes to be made to the “final” copy you need to contact the support line at 1-855-800-4815 to release the form in order for the changes to be made
  • Placement date has been added to the Overview Screen of the Vaccine & Medication transaction and the Marketing Information transaction
  • Change to the calendar format on the Vaccine/Medication and Marketing Information transactions
  • Click here for a video tutorial of the new calendar
  • Minor enhancements to system functionality (i.e. 10-day mortality)
  • Date change on “in ovo” vaccines (i.e. Marek’s) – now 3 days prior to placement
  • Additional translation to the French portal
