CFO Connects Portal Maintenance on August 6, 2017

Scheduled Maintenance

Between Sunday, August 6 @ 7:00 AM and August 6 @ 1:00 PM, the CFO Connects Portal will be offline for scheduled maintenance. If you are required to have any Form 3’s or 6’s created, please be aware of this down time.

Portal Enhancements

  • Change of 10-Day Mortality to 7 Day Mortality
  • Update to the End User Agreement, all farmer-members are required to agree to the new agreement
In order to improve the reconciliation process of farmer-members on 7-week cycle, we have made the following changes in the Connects Portal for Flock Placement:

  • If a farmer-member is utilizing a 7 week cycle and the given quota period is double allotted, they will see an “Allotment #” drop down where they can select which of the two allotments the placement applies to (by selecting a “1” or a “2”).
  • If the given quota period is NOT double allotted, the drop-down box will NOT appear, even though the farmer-member is on a 7 week cycle.
  • If the farmer-member is on a 8, 9 or 10 week cycle, the drop down box will NOT appear and it does NOT apply to them. 


There will be enhancements to all the Portals; Farmer, Processor, Transporter and CFIA/OMAFRA, during this maintenance period.
