Board Committees 2020-2021

To assist the Board in fulfilling its corporate governance responsibilities, the Board has established five Committees of the Board. Each Committee reviews its own Charter each year which sets out a) Purpose, b) Membership, c) Structure and Operations, and d) Specific Duties and Responsibilities.

As appropriate, Committees also seek relevant input from District Committee Representatives, individual farmers, processors, other industry value chain stakeholders and government. Committees are encouraged to develop an operating culture with a high level of transparency and information sharing to drive quality information gathering, analysis, planning and execution.
