The total labour compensation for 2012, the year of survey, was $44,831 plus benefits of 27.5%. This number is updated annually for labour rates 
Measurement Methodology Labour Hours Study and Statistics Canada for labour rates
 
The number of hours annually are:
-  641 for management labour
-  1,090 for general labour
 
Labour rates are obtained from Statistics Canada
Updating Frequency Annually updated in the first full quota period in a calendar year
