To our farmer-members: 2018 reflections & Building Value, Shaping the Future, Together

BURLINGTON, ON – March 11, 2019 – Last week, Chicken Farmers of Ontario (CFO) held our Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Mississauga. With over 450 of our farmer-members, allied industry and government partners gathered, the AGM was an excellent opportunity to reflect on the recent accomplishments of our industry, and together, outline a vision for a strong, sustainable chicken industry that is profitable now, and for future generations.

The meeting’s theme: Building Value, Shaping the Future, Together, illustrates how CFO is working to move our industry forward, be proactive - not responsive, and to ensure we continue to earn the confidence of Ontarians in this increasingly complex consumer environment.

We thank all farmer-members that were able to attend the AGM, and while we understand that not everyone was able to make it, we would like to share with you the following highlights from the meeting:
